Appliance maker Jenn-Air will be a sponsor at the Los Angeles Food & Wine Festival by providing Master Culinary Stages for tasting opportunities and cooking demonstrations.
The event is held Aug. 21-24 and features top chefs throughout. Jenn-Air's sponsorship will align the brand with some of the best chefs and food and will provide a stage for guests of the event to gain familiarity of the brand.
All you can eat
The four day event will feature chefs, tastings and cooking demonstrations. Chefs scheduled to be present include Masaharu Morimotos, Michael Chiarello, Graham Elliot and Justin Chapple.
The festival has several evening events known as “Night Markets.” Jenn-Air will team with the Los Angeles LGBT Center for “The Perfect Paring” at the night markets, inviting guests to have some wine while mingling with chefs from the event and taking photos in the booth provided.
The Grand Tasting will have walk-around tastings with the area’s top wineries, spirit distillers and restaurants. Jenn-Air appliances will be featured in the brand’s Grand Tasting tent display on the demonstration stages. Appliances that will be used include the new built-in refrigerator with Obsidian interior and a built-in espresso maker and a cooktop collection.

For those not present at the event, updates will be posted on the brand’s Facebook and Twitter pages, including behind-the-scenes images and video footage.
Jenn-Air has recently participated in other events.
For instance, the appliance maker celebrated its ties to the culinary world with an event featuring the Food Network’s Anne Burrell.
Jenn-Air produced the event in its New York showroom for the Parents, Friends and Family of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG). By partnering with a nonprofit, Jenn-Air was able to show its care for the community, boosting its corporate social outreach (see story).
