Chef and restaurateur Wolfgang Puck is bringing his Beverly Hills, CA dining establishment to London foodies for a three-day run.
Mr. Puck’s Spago, a popular eatery among A-list celebrities, will travel to London for a temporary pop-up. In-demand dining reservations have become a hot commodity among the affluent, as securing hard to book tables at the world’s best restaurants aligns perfectly with the shift toward experiential luxury (see story).

Spago is Mr. Puck’s flagship restaurant and it is located in the heart of Beverly Hills, CA at 176 North Canon Drive, making it a must-go for Los Angeles-based celebrities, affluents and visitors alike.
Due to its popularity, Mr. Puck has opened additional Spago restaurants in Istanbul, Las Vegas, Maui, HI and Singapore. The Spago banner is just one of many restaurants under Mr. Puck’s $397 million dining enterprise.

For a three-day pop-up, June 29-July 1, Spago will take over another one of Mr. Puck’s establishments, CUT at 45 Park Lane. A steakhouse, CUT was the first European restaurant opened by the restaurateur.
CUT is located within the Dorchester Collection’s Mayfair, London hotel.
Due to the limited seating availability over the course of the three days, Spago at CUT is likely to see a surge in interest from London foodies and guests of the Dorchester.
