Home furnishings maker Roche Bobois is aligning with equestrian sports as the official sponsor of the 2015 Hampton Classic Horse Show in Bridgehampton, NY.
During the event Aug. 23-30, Roche Bobois is furnishing the VIP lounge where top guests can go to relax during the tournament. Having this placement at one of the largest horse shows in the U.S. will enable the brand to reach affluent consumers in an experiential way.

Roche Bobois is in good company as it enters its first sponsorship of this event. Other supporters include Longines, Jaguar, the Breeder’s Cup, Douglas Elliman, Sotheby’s and more.
Across 60 acres, the 40th annual horse show will host six show rings with 100 classes of competition, a boutique garden, dining and a farmer’s market, giving visitors and horse lovers a lot to take in. Some of these attendees are famous faces such as Matt Lauer, Billy Joel, Jennifer Lopez and Julianne Moore.

Spectators can enjoy world-class competition, high-end shopping boutiques and gourmet cuisine - all in one location. It doesn't get any better than that!"
The Roche Bobois-decorated lounge, open from Aug. 23-27, includes the brand’s Mah Jong sofa, Iron Tree cocktail and pedestal tables, Legends and Correspondence bookcases and two editions of the Stephen Burks Traveler’s chairs developed to celebrate the brand’s 40th anniversary in the U.S. market.

Due to the affluent audience they attract, horse shows are popular sponsorship partners for luxury brands.
Recently, Land Rover North America sponsored the New York team in the featured event at the Central Park Horse Show presented by Rolex.
“NYC vs. The World” was a pro-am speed challenge that pit teams of riders against one another for the fastest time on a speed course covered in faults. Land Rover’s sponsorship aligned the automaker with the event’s sponsor, Rolex, and likely encouraged fans from the event to interact with its models (see story).
