Carinbag Carinabag

Italian handbag designer Braccialini was the sponsor of the official talent goodie bags and backstage gift lounge at the Grammy Awards 2015 Feb. 8.

At the event the musicians received the Carinabag, a purse that is designed after a taxicab in looks and production styles. Being present at awards shows allows brands to mix among the top artists, actors and performers in the world.

And the Grammy goes to

The Carinabag was in production for over a year with three-dimensional modeling, production, assembly and color evaluations completed before the finalizing of the product.

Technicians were used to find the exact color of a “shiny new car” and bespoke measures helped to craft the wheels, doors and gold hardware of the miniature automobile.

On Feb. 8 talent at the Grammy’s were given the purse in the backstage lounges.

Other brands have been at awards shows this year, Swiss footwear and accessories brand Bally will be the center of attention for anxious viewers at the Academy Awards as it holds the ballots for this year’s Oscar winners.

Neil Patrick Harris will carry the Bally Sapei briefcase with this year’s awards inside. Bally will be striving for attention among the many designs present at the Oscars, but the prominence of the briefcase will likely draw attention from the highly anticipated event (see story).
