Appliance maker Jenn-Air will be joining other interior brands at the WestEdge Design Fair Oct. 16-19 in Santa Monica, CA, after a record sales year.

Jenn-Air will act as a major exhibitor and sponsor at the WestEdge Design Fair held at The Barker Hangar where modern design brands showcase their best wares. During the four-day event, Jenn-Air will host seminars with design leaders in the Jenn-Air Class Studio where it will share its latest innovations for the kitchen.

At the WestEdge Design Fair, Jenn-Air will highlight its latest refrigerators, high performance ventilation systems, a built-in combination steam and convection oven and a built-in coffee maker that brews barista-quality coffee at home. The built-in refrigerator is available in Jenn-Air’s sleek Obsidian interior finish.

To show off the new built-in refrigerator, Jenn-Air tapped renowned designers Oliver Furth and Melinda Ritz to create an interior canvas around the product. Their display will be showcased throughout the four-day show.

Juliet Johnson, brand experience manager at Jenn-Air, says of the brand’s involvement at WestEdge Design Fair, that “[Jenn-Air’s] fast growing profile in this part of the country and the opportunity to engage so many members of the West Coast design community, we see this event as a particularly important showcase.”

During the event, Jenn-Air will debut several of its 50 newest products and will host a series of seminars on various topics with design leaders. For example, on Oct. 16 Architectural Digest’s West Coast editor Mayer Rus will moderate “The Consummate Kitchen” with Steve Brown, general manager of Jenn-Air and Mr. Furth and Ms. Ritz.

Also, Jenn-Air partnered with Architectural Digest to create a video series titled “Best of Show” hosted by Mr. Furth to highlight his favorite designs from the show.

Brand enthusiasts unable to attend can follow along with updates shared on Jenn-Air’s social accounts.

Jenn-Air often partners with events to put their products within a context.

For example, appliance maker Jenn-Air celebrated its ties to the culinary world with an event featuring the Food Network’s Anne Burrell. Jenn-Air produced the event in its New York showroom for the Parents, Friends and Family of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG) on July 23 (see story).
