The Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain is offering five different overnight packages to entice guests to spend the holiday season in Arizona.
From Hanukkah celebrations and Christmas tree decoration kits to New Year’s Eve fireworks and Champagne, Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain is offering guests an array of options for the holidays. During this period, hotels have the opportunity to reach out to guests and make them feel at home during their celebrations.
The simplest offer is the “Holly Days” option that treats guests to a holiday turndown treat. More elaborate options include the “Comfort and Joy” package that presents $100 credit to spend at the resort, in-room holiday tree or menorah decoration kit, an in-room holiday movie with popcorn and hot chocolate and a departure gift.
Other options include “Hanukkah Highlights,” which offers an in-room menorah and candle kit, and a Hanukkah turndown treat. “Home for the Holidays” offers a private in-suite holiday dinner, a pampering day for parents, monogrammed bathrobes, round-trip transportation to and from the airport and a $500 shopping spree at a local shopping destination.
The last offer is the “New Year, Fresh Start” package that includes a fireworks hike, spa day access and Champagne upon arrival.
Other hotel brands are looking to the holiday season to attract consumers.
For instance, Mandarin Oriental is gearing up for the holiday season with a number of offers across its United States properties.
The holiday season is a busy time for hotel brands and many fall back on tradition, confident that loyal guests will keep returning. However, new elements have to be continually added to prevent stagnation, and oftentimes properties can pull from their festive environments (see story).
